SFTP¶

DECTA provides secure server-to-server file transfers between Customers and their enterprise servers using an SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) server. Operating over a Secure Shell (SSH) data stream, this establishes a secure connection and ensures a high level of file transfer protection for your organization.

As part of our Acquiring solution, DECTA provides several types of reports that can be received via the SFTP server.

Important: All reports are generated daily and are stored on the SFTP server for 45 calendar days. After this period, the reports are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

To receive a complete list of available reports, including their descriptions and specifications, please request “Payment Gateway report files specification and Dispute documentation exchange description” from your Project Manager or Account Manager.
